FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
All our items are carefully checked and expertly packed before they are sent. However if you do receive any items that are damaged or faulty, please send us an email within 7 days email@example.com so we can organise a replacement or refund.

All the styles & sizes we have on our web-store should be in stock . However on the very odd occasion that we don’t have the size you purchased, we will call you to let you know what the wait time will be. We then ship your item the same day we receive it. If we are unable to re-order that item, we will immediately refund you.
All pre orders will be sent to you within 24 hours of the new seasons stock arriving in store.
We use a range of freight companies depending on where you live and the size or weight of the item. We work with Fastway Couriers and Australia Post.
Tracking details are always sent so you know where your purchase is and when to expect delivery.

All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
The delivery time may be longer to some locations but typically expect between 5 and 7 business days from dispatch.
If you would like to insure your order is in transit, please let us know by emailing us at email@example.com Insurance is charged at $7 for every $100 in value of the item.
International shipping costs for up 500gms are as follows:
NZ Up to 500 gms = $20
US / Central / South America / Asia Up to 500 gms = $25
Europe / Middle East Up to 500 gms = $30
